 Dear Thuy!

I was thinking about you yesterday and that I must write to you, but you made it before me :-)

Thank you soooo much for everything. It was just perfect. All the people enjoyed it to the fullest. Many of them said it was the best trip in their life! Our guide in Saigon was very appreciated by everyone, please send our regards to him. He was very caring and knowing.
I actually liked Saigon more than I thought I would, and the hotel was amazing. Mui Ne was relaxing and the bungalows very good (especially the outdoor-shower was fantastic!).

And most of all thank you for arranging this trip for me, my family and all of my clients so perfectly. You have been truly amazing!! Hope to work with you soon again.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family too!

My warmest regards,

Jennica M

I want to express my heartfelt thanks for all your genuine kindness, assistance and pride of your country.
Believe me I haven\'t stopped talking about Vietnam since I arrived. I have thoroughly enjoyed touring your country and I dream to go see some more of it someday. Nine days was too short especially because I have not shopped enough!(smile) My husband and I enjoyed the video I took, though it wasn\'t professionally done we enjoyed every minute of it. Watching it brings fresh memories of how beautiful your country is contrary to my expectations. My husband claims that I have seen much more than he has. He was an Aerial Navigator and Radar Controller, USMC, stationed in Chu Lai, a few miles south of Danang. He is also a Filipino like me. Larry, I thank you again for every moment of help and kindness you have shown me. I will try to see you at the school on Nov. 8 if God permits. With much appreciation,

I just had a nice chat with Mrs Chivington who just returned from SE Asia... They had a wonderful time! Everything your people did for them was great...on time...polite...very knowledgeable. They are very experienced travelers and she said the two guides you provided (in Vietnam and Siem Reap) might be the best private guides they have ever had! So thank you so much! I am off to Europe next week...But when I return my client who wanted to go to Myanmar & Cambodia will be ready to book! Thank you for all your help....

 Dear Her Weingand
While we already have another 20 days in Switzerland, but it is definitely never too late to thank you for organizing our trip. The itinerary was perfectly chosen the best sights and implemented the organization professionally. It was and remains an unforgettable trip for us, with many unique and beautiful experiences. Thanks to you we could do this.
I also want to thank you again for the inconvenience later that you had with our luggage. In contrast to recent reports from the Halong Bay, yes, the missing case a very small and modest problem.
We keep your address carefully, who knows when we will again need great tips for your area!
Thank you and good luck.

 Dear Mde Thuy –
A big thank you for taking so well care about Ms. Poussa + Mr/Mrs Halonen in Vietnam earlier this month!
Down below they are commenting their trip to me, asking me to forward their gratitudes to you, and especially to Mr. Hieu, who according to them was extremely efficient. They also recommend this tour with all its contents, especially the side trips. I might very well use their feed-back in one way or the other.
Kindest regards, Christer

 Dear Thuy

Just a quick note to let you know that the Weibels and the Kaestlis were very happy with the tour in Vietnam. The weather unfortunately was not that great, but there were very happy with your guides, specially Mr. Hoanh (Hanoi) and Mr Son (Saigon). Program and hotels and everything was ok, they liked the trip and were happy with your service. Many thanks! Peter

Dear Thuy, Thank you once again for great service regarding our group in Vietnam! We just got back on Saturday and everything went very well. The group was really satisfied with everything, and we also gave the feedback forms to be posted to our last guide, Mr. An. I have also talked with the group and there came up some issues how thr trip could be done differently, but we all came up at the end to the conclusion, that it could be made differently, but not better! Hopefully we are able to get now more groups to Vietnam, I’ll let you know immediately when I have further information regarding the future trips! What do you think of the weather and prices travelling to Vietnam on late December and early January? Best Regards, Jarkko Paloniemi Saarikoski Travels SportsTravels Finland

  Dear Thuy,

I was just about to sit down and write YOU an email to say THANK YOU for the very well organized trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, when your email arrived!

Anyway, I really would like to express my gratitude. I find Vietnam SO interesting and Cambodia really captured my heart! This goes for everybody in the group.

Thank you for putting together such an interesting itinerary. It was a very good mixture of \"sights\" and more unusual experiences, like the village and orphanage in Cambodia. I only wish I could have stayed longer!!

I am now doing all I can to raise people\'s awareness of Vietnam and Cambodia as two perfect holiday destinations for Swedes! Hundreds of thousands of Swedes go to Thailand every year, and with Vietnam and Cambodia offering such a different experience and being so close, I really think that many people would be interested. I have already had some articles on Vietnam published, and there are more to come, both on Vietnam and Cambodia. They are all in Swedish of course, but I will make sure you get a copy of each, for your reference.

I would like to take this opportunity to send my very best regards and thanks to our guides, especially the guide in Phnom Penh (I do not remember his name, sorry), Rath in Siem Reap and Phong in Hanoi. The drivers were also very good. Please send these people my warmest thoughts and thanks!

II do have lots of pictures, and I will be happy to send you some. Shall I send them on email or on a cd? What kind of photos are you looking for? The PATA people on this trip or of all the interesting places we visited or both?!

I\'m already looking forward to seeing you in Gothenburg in March next year, and I am happy we\'re in touch!

Thank you once again!

My very best regards from Sweden,

Kristina (Kicki)

 Dear Thuy

Thank you again for the excellent organization of our tour and a very big Thank You for the massage that you had arranged for us at the hotel, it was very much appreciated. Our guide in HCMC had given us a form to fill in with our comments, but I returned thatform to our guide in Hanoi to return to you as I thought I would give you our comments in a more personal form.

To be in Hanoi at the time of the 1000th Anniversary was a very special experience and the extra efforts that your driver and guide had to go through was certainly noted. We had just gone through a similar experience here in Vancouver with the Winter Olympics and I know very well how difficult things can be with road closures and major tourist sites not being available for visits.

HCMC - our guide and driver were exceptional, cheerful and always willing to do something extra for us, such as trying to contact our nephew at his cafe during a rainstorm and heavy rush hour traffic. Our guide was very enthusiastic and well informed. You could feel his pride in his city and country and the joy he has sharing his knowledge with us. He has great people skills and I am sure will go far in our industry. The InterContinental Hotel is a very good choice and we enjoyed our stay there.

Danang - Hoi An - Hue. Very interesting and totally different from HCMC and Hanoi.

The Life Heritage Resort was a pleasant surprise as I had read a few not so complimentary comments on a few websites. Certainly a place to stay more than one night and rest up from the hectic big city. The choices in restaurants and shops in old Hoi An are great and although the whole area is very touristy, it is not overpowering. Our guide could have picked up on my request not to visit too many shops, but I am sure he hoped to make some commission along the way. He could have noticed that we do travel a lot and I know fairly well where and when I want to shop. The drive from Hoi An to Hue was interesting and we appreciate the skill of your drivers. We never felt unsafe or that our driver was not in full control of the situation. They all deserve a special compliment on their driving skill and their friendly and cheerful attitude.

The Pilgrimage Resort in Hue was an oasis in the city and we were able to relax forthe two nights we had there. The history of the city is intriguing and we enjoyed the lunch at the private house including the family dog lying under our table at my feet. By then we were missing our dog and it really felt like having lunch at home. I have a few comments for the Resort and will copy you in when I send them my e-mail for your information.

Hanoi - what an experience. We ventured out for a walk on the first evening and found the old Chinatown and even found our way home again. We enjoyed the city very much and found the Mövenpick to be an excellent choice. Now I realize that you probably had a hard time finding a room at this time in the history of Hanoi and appreciate your efforts on our behalf. Our guide in Hanoi was most cheerful and helpful, again full of enthusiasm for his country and city and very well educated, our driver had lots of fun and was smiling all the time.

All in all we had a wonderful time in Vietnam and I am looking forward to including our tour into the pre- and post-program for our large group next March and hope to be selling Vietnam to many of our participants.

Thanks again and best regards

Mr Hansi
